If as an employer you currently sponsor members of staff on Tier 2 Visas, the deadline to renew the Certificates of Sponsorship available to you for the coming year is fast approaching. On the 5th of April your allocation of Certificates could be automatically reset to zero by the Home Office. This could lead to a delay in the recruitment of new staff or in losing the ability to continue to employ existing colleagues.

When you need to renew
• If you are planning on sponsoring migrant workers who are already in the UK but new to your organisation.
• If you plan to bring staff currently stationed abroad to your UK office
• If any existing staff members need to extend their current visa in the coming year.
